WEEK FOUR FINAL WEEK!!!!!

This week has by far been my favorite week of the internship (and not because it is my last week) But because this week I feel like I finally fell into a flow state where each day became easier to work and time started to fly by. I just can't express my gratitude enough to high tech high for this experience and especially to Tom and Jessica from Ale Tales for giving me this opportunity to intern at their establishment. I've really loved getting to know all the people I worked with, connecting with regulars at the bar and getting the privilege to build the dinner menu for one of the Thursday dinners. Especially during the internship I find that it becomes easy to take the experience for granted and not hold onto the memories but I feel like this internship has truly stuck with me and made me fall in love with cooking al over again. I've noticed my own growth in my cooking abilities as a result of this and I have Tom the head chef to thank for this. Tom made me feel welcomed the second I stepped into that kitchen and I just wanted to take this section to thank him for making this whole month so enjoyable and so informative. 

Here is a book Tom got me as a parting gift, I love this so much and I can't wait to read it!!!!!
